Mike and Jon are internationally known for their knowledge and skills in the field of Wild Game harvesting and preparation. This is a rare chance to bring a group to Hill House to learn these skills. The day is for 8 people (or less), up to 16 in the evening when partners join if they wish to feast on the amazing ingredients we have prepared.
Ingredients will focus on Wild Boar and Wild Axis deer
If you are a Fan of Farming the Wild, this is a chance to spend the day working directly with Mike and Jon, and polishing your skills in the butchery and kitchen.
Up to 8 on the butchery course
Up to 16 for a 5 course dinner
8.30 am start- dinner at 5.30.

Bespoke – $800 per guest per day, $250 for partner dinner guests.
